I was recently reading Erika Flint’s book “ Reprogramming your weight” and in it she talks about how often we eat when we aren’t hungry because of habit or scheduling or even a feeling of boredom.  No matter what we eat it doesn’t satisfy us because we aren’t eating out of hunger.  It got me to thinking how many other habits I have that are based in feelings of boredom or opportunity that i have.   I changed my perception of why I do what I do and im happy to say im working on one of my habits right now with great results.
